We want to
give a great BIG furry THANKS to all our patrons for helping make
our event an absolute purr-fection!

Friends
of the Furry Ones! We are thrilled
to tell you that our 2nd Annual Woof, Wag & Wine 2009 FUNdraiser/Silent Auction was a huge success! The venue was literally "In the woods" of a beautiful, well-manicured
40 acre property, with a large boardroom surrounded by a beautiful courtyard. It was a gorgeous spring day with a mild breeze
and everyone really seemed to enjoy the event. There was plenty to eat and drink, we had wine of course, and the frozen margaritas
were a big hit.
Special guests attended, including OOTW supporters Kathy Webb and Philip & Karen Martin.
The event was well attended and we raised even
more money than last year. Most all of the items sold and our guests got a "bargain" on many of the items The most
important outcome is that we raised enough money to fund our rescue, spay/neuter and animal welfare efforts for months to
come. It is only with the generous support of people who care that we can continue this very important work and make our
little part of the world a better place for all of God's creatures. We are very grateful to all of you who continue to support
us with your generosity, your kind words and your own efforts to help those in need. Thank you, everyone! Kathy

Hope Out of the woods made lots of $ and Burt/Tracey found some good leads for new homes perhaps. I enjoyed meeting you so
much - and everyone involved with the event. Thanks for all the great work you do, Let me know please if there's anything
further I can do to assist. Thank you again

It was soo good to meet you yesterday at the event!! I just wanted to tell you how much fun we had, and how excited
we were about our auction items! It was such a good event, and great cause! You guys do such an amazing job! Again, thank
you for such a nice evening. And I would love to help volunteer next year!

just wanted to tell you what an awesome job y'all did with the event yesterday. it was honestly one of
the most well put-together events i have been to in a long time...the food and drinks were amazing, the auction items were
plentiful and displayed so nicely, and the whole afternoon was just wonderful! what a beautiful venue!! gotta go, but again,
great job!!!
lori -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What a wonderful event, Kathy! I so enjoyed it - everything was just
perfect. And I LOVE my auction bracelets. I love jewelry but would never let myself spend money like that -- I always look
at "how many spays and neuters" something costs! Knowing that I could get something for myself and still have the
money go to the animals was perfect! I only wish I could have gotten there early enough to have more than 1 margarita!
